there was a certain kind of people on deviantart that i didn't know until i started putting up nude pictures. these people (predominantly guys, though i've come across one or two females) have nothing on their pages from themselves - no journals, no deviations, no id, no info - but their favourites section is full of nudes. i have come to think of these as nude-hunters and though they may not contribute much to deviantart i bear them no grudge. they're just the voyeur type. i have even come up with two types of thank you note for the people who fav my nudes. the ones that are actual artists with good galleries (or at least a few pictures and some personal info) get "thank you for the fav ", while the nude- hunters get "thank you for the perv... ". Many other people who have been faved by the nude-hunters are like me and thank them, even though it must be blatantly apparent to them what these accounts are for.
i started putting up nudes in january of this year but today was the first time i came across something in the comments section of a nude-hunters page that made me facepalm. these comments were from two different individuals who shall remain nameless (so that i don't incur a flame war, they, as they say, know who they are!). these are the comments:

"Please remove my photos from all of your "Tits" collections"
"Would you please remove my photos from "Medium Tits"."

now it is blatantly apparent what this deviant (literally?) is collecting and has even divided his collection neatly into categories such as "pussy shots" and "big boobies". what i don't get however is the blatant arrogance of those two who seem to assume that their "art" is somehow above being ogled at. do you really think that people never get horny looking at michaelangelos david, or the venus di milo? or any of the thousands of other nudes that you can find in art galleries all around the world? do they really believe that just because they make "art" and not "porn" that everybody is going to go "oh my, what a lovely composition" and nobody's going to go "fwooaaarrh, i'd do that!"???
i think it's silly and i have only one thing to say to these people...

GET OVER YOURSELF!!

p.s. my ass photo is now up to 79 favourites. i'm wondering if it will go over a hundered.
